Can I return if I don't like?

Here at TYNISHA NICOLE, our products come with a 100% money-back guarantee if they are defective or damaged. You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return the product to us for a full refund. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned package.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order click here, please provide our team with your order number and let us know the reason for cancellation. We will process your request as soon as possible and let you know when your order has been cancelled.

If your order has already been shipped, please wait until you receive it and follow our return process for a refund.

My package says it was signed for but I didn't receive it, what do I do?

We suggest that you check with your neighbors, building manager, or any other individuals who may have accepted the package on your behalf. If you are unable to locate the package, please contact your local post office or delivery service to see if they have any additional information.

Can I change an incorrect address?

To correct this issue, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible and confirm the correct address. If you have already received a shipping confirmation email and notice that the address is incorrect, please notify our team immediately via email at info@tynishanicole.com.

We will make every effort to change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. Please note that if we are not notified within the first 24 hours of incorrect submission, we may not be able to redirect the package and it may be returned to the warehouse. In this case, we will reship the package to the correct address, but you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

When will my package ship?

We aim to process and ship orders within the next 2 - 3 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
