Refund policy
Here at TYNISHA NICOLE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our team at info@tynishanicole.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, and must not have been worn or used. Please include the original packing slip or order confirmation email with your return, as well as a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item(s) and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment or process an exchange for the item(s) you requested.
